Returns.

Fourteen days from delivery, no reasons required. A painting has to live on your wall, not in a product photo, and if it does not hold the room you thought it would, send it home.

How

Write in first so the return is expected, pack the panel the way it arrived (keep the box for the first two weeks), and the refund covers the piece in full once it is back intact. Return shipping is on you unless the piece arrived damaged or wrong.

What cannot return

A panel altered after delivery: re-varnished, trimmed, or hung wet in a bathroom for a fortnight. Sold work stays public on the site either way; a returned panel simply goes back on the shelf as available.
