What a purchase is

Buying a panel buys the physical painting: the object, its inventory number, and its record on this site. Copyright stays with the studio, which is standard for original art; the panel is yours to hang, sell on, or gift, and the image of it remains the studio's to publish.

Prices

Prices follow the published rule: height plus width in centimetres times the studio index. A price is fixed from enquiry to delivery; the index changing later never reprices a conversation already underway.

The site

The practice numbers are real and the studies are labelled as studies. The site promises honesty, not availability: pieces can be withdrawn, the waitlist opens the shop when the shelf reaches forty, and the journal publishes on no schedule.
