Panels ship after the enquiry conversation settles payment and destination; there is no cart, so nothing ships automatically. Every panel travels corner-protected, face-wrapped, and boxed rigid. Resin surfaces get a non-contact spacer so nothing touches the glass in transit.

Timing

Packing takes up to a week, because a resin panel is not rushed into a box. Tracking lands in your inbox when the carrier collects. Local handover around the studio is free and faster, and honestly preferred: paintings like being carried.

Damage

Photograph the box before opening if anything looks wrong. A panel damaged in transit is replaced or refunded in full once the carrier claim is filed; you will not be left negotiating with a courier about art.
